Body Of Missing Realtor Found : suspect pleads not guilty (Video)

The body of an Arkansas real estate agent missing since Thursday night has been found, authorities said early Tuesday.

Beverly Carter, 51, who hadn’t been seen since she went to show a home in suburban Little Rock, was found in a shallow grave in Pulaski County, the sheriff’s office reported.

Officers arrested Arron Lewis, 33, on Monday morning for the disappearance of Carter. Investigators haven’t said what led them to Lewis. He made his first court appearance on Tuesday morning on charges of capital murder, kidnapping and robbery, as well as four weapons charges. His bond is $1 million.

When asked outside the courthouse why he killed Carter, Lewis told a TV reporter, “Because she was just a woman that worked alone, a rich broker.”
