The 36-year-old troubled star – who has four-year-old twins Bob and Max with ‘Anger Management’ star Charlie Sheen – is believed to have been battling an addiction to crystal methamphetamine while she was carrying twin boys and allegedly kept this from medical staff involved in the safe delivery of her children – who were born seven weeks early in March 2009.
A source told RadarOnline.com: “Brooke didn’t tell her obstetrician that she had been to rehab twice while pregnant … Not one member on her labor and delivery team knew she had been using crystal meth during most of her pregnancy.”
Charlie Sheen receives permission to spend Christmas with his sons
The actor is involved in a contentious custody battle with ex Brooke Mueller over their four-year-old twins Bob and Max.
Despite slamming the court in a series of tweets and interviews, Charlie has reportedly received permission to celebrate the holidays with the boys.
Sources tell TMZ Brooke’s brother Scott, who is Bob and Max’s temporary guardian, has “no interest” in “punishing” the youngsters by keeping them away from their dad.
“We’re told Charlie’s stoked that he can spend Christmas with the boys,” the outlet reports.
Charlie will not, however, get to see daughters Lola and Sam for the holiday, according to the website.
