A handcuffed woman steals cop car then leads police on a 10 mile chase, The Center Township Police Department released video that showed the Jan. 14 incident. Roxanne Rimer was first heard giving police a different name. At one point while sitting in the back seat she became agitated, screaming for her mother.

She apparently found a way to use fingers and thumbs, even while handcuffed, to pull away and activate the lights and siren, pushing her relative’s car out of the way.
Police said she reached speeds around 80 miles an hour. She maintained her lanes and even passed a school bus, all without seriously injuring anyone.
After driving from Center Township through Monaca, nearly four miles away, she pulled off the road and asked a passerby for help. That person apparently declined.
Eventually, she left the car, still in handcuffs.
After a preliminary hearing Tuesday she was ordered to stand trial on 29 separate counts, including aggravated assault and recklessly endangering people. Her trial is scheduled for May.
