D.L. Hughley is clearly not a fan of Caitlyn Jenner.
Transgender Olympian resembles “every P.E. teacher I ever had,” comedian says
Caitlyn Jenner might want to avoid active stove burners.
“The Hughleys” star D.L. Hughley weighed in on Jenner’s appearance at the ESPY Awards this week, likening the former Olympian — who’s currently transitioning from a male to a female — to the cross-dressing title character from the Robin Williams comedy “Mrs. Doubtfire.”
Hughley expressed his doubts about whether Jenner should have received the Arthur Ashe Courage Awards at the ceremony, noting that Ashe fought segregation in tennis and battled AIDS.

“Caitlyn Jenner put on a dress. I don’t think it’s the same thing,” Hughley opined. “I think Arthur Ashe and Caitlyn Jenner have very little in common.”
Asked by TMZ whether he thinks Jenner is attractive, Hughley shot back, “No. Yeah, in a like ‘Ms. [sic] Doubtfire’ kind of way. Stop it.”
Hughley didn’t stop there, comparing recent media coverage of Jenner to that of tennis star Serena Williams.
“In the last month, we had the media telling us that Caitlyn Jenner was beautiful and that Serena Williams looks like a man,” Hughley said. “That was a little weird to me. Like, the man looks like a woman, but the woman looks like a man? That’s ridiculous.”
Jenner, Hughley concluded, looks like “every P.E. teacher I ever had.”
