Emma Watson demands Celeb Jihad website remove explicit photos

Emma Watson is going after website Celeb Jihad after it published private photos of the former “Harry Potter” star in a revealing top.

According to editors at TMZ.com, her legal team were successful in having the photographs removed under a copyright claim.

The gossip site reports her letter claims the photos were taken by Emma’s stylist, who then passed the copyright on to the 26-year-old actress.

A statement on the Celeb Jihad website, which features mocked up pornographic images of celebrities as well as real revealing pictures taken from fashion shoots, music videos or films, read, “Emma Watson’s lawyers have had her leaked photos removed under a copyright claim.”

However, those behind the website struck a note of defiance by posting up other revealing shots of Emma in the removed pictures’ place.

The actress, a committed feminist, has previously spoken out about how she feels pornography currently objectifies women and that erotic imagery should be closer to reality and more sensitive to the desires of women.

“We should be creating lots of awesome, great alternatives to pornography,” Emma said in a conversation with feminist author Gloria Steinem in February (16).
