Eric Nowsch, Las Vegas Road Rage Suspect Allegedly Told Friends He ‘Got Those Kids’, Nowsch was arrested on Thursday about a block away from where police say he shot 44-year-old Tammy Meyers.
A police report released on Friday said Nowsch, 19, bragged to friends about firing 22 shots from a semi-automatic handgun outside the victim’s home.

Authorities said Mrs Meyers went looking for the suspect on 12 February after she and her daughter were involved in a verbal altercation over a near-collision.
After driving home, she roused her 22-year-old son Brandon Meyers to grab his gun and go looking for the driver.
Police said Nowsch, who remains in custody but has not been formally charged, fired several shots at Mrs Meyer and her son on two occasions.
One shooting occurred a few blocks away from the Meyers’ home and again just outside the home.
Mrs Meyer was struck in the head. She died two days later after being taken off life support.
The victim’s husband, Robert Meyers, told reporters on Thursday the family knew Nowsch. He said his wife had helped the teen in the past, giving him food and money.
“We know this boy,” Mr Meyers said.
“I couldn’t tell you this before. He knew where I lived. We knew how bad he was but we didn’t know he was this bad.”
The Meyers family has deflected criticism over the decision to go looking for the suspect.
“I did what I had to do to protect my family,” Brandon Meyers said.
“Everyone can think what they have to think. I did it for a reason. And I’d do it for anyone I love.”
