Giuliana was first seen flaunting her tiny figure at the Golden Globes, where she sported a stunning strapless gown.

And fans were the first to point out her very visible collar bone and thin arms on Twitter.

“I don’t like people hating on someones body but giuliana rancic is so skinny but she looks unhealthily skinny,” one commented.

But she still managed to spruce up her outfit with some red lipstick and smokey-eye effect.
