Halle Berry is back in court for her child support trial against Gabriel Aubry, in Los Angeles.
The Extant star, who also has a son with her husband Olivier Martinez, wants a judge to significantly reduce the $16,000 a month payments she’s currently paying Aubry.
TMZ reports the trial started on Tuesday morning, where Berry again asked a judge to lower the payments to around $3,300 a month.
The former couple shares joint custody of 7-year-old Nahla and Berry has argued she has no problem paying him for the time she’s in his care, but she has accused him of using the high payments to avoid working.
He’s arguing that he can’t model anymore because of damages to his face that were inflicted upon him by the actress’ husband, Martinez, during their Thanksgiving day brawl in 2012.
Berry and Martinez eventually dropped the charges against Aubry.
