Harrison Ford has reminded Donald Trump that life isn’t like one of his films.
The Republican candidate recently said that he loves Harrison Ford because “he stood up for America” in the film Air Force One.
The film that Trump is referring to is the 1997 thriller, “Air Force One.” In the action flick, Ford plays President James Marshall, a commander in chief who defeats a group of Russian terrorists after they hijack his monumental aircraft.
The famous actor seemed baffled when he heard the news, but quickly responds to NBC News during an Australian press tour for the upcoming “Star Wars” film. Taking a second to get his bearings, Ford breaks down for Trump the difference between the real life and fantasy.
“It’s a movie. Donald, it was a movie,” Ford says directly to the camera. “It’s not like this in real life, but how would you know?”
