Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck List Home for $45 Million ‘Report’

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are seeking to sell their marital home — a massive three acre compound in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles — for $45 million amid rumors of reconciliation, Variety reported.

Affleck and Garner who tied the knot in 2005 purchased the estate from producer Brian Grazer in 2009 for $17.55 million. It had basketball court and swimming pool. The couple who has three children together made extensive renovations over the years.

When they bought it, the main residence had five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The secondary building housed an office, art studio, gym, and two bathrooms. The guesthouse contained two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an entertainment lounge.
