Jimmy Fallon injured his hand last night after taking a hard fall, and by the looks of it, a bottle of booze could be to blame.
The late-night host was honored Saturday by Harvard University’s humor magazine Harvard Lampoon, but took a tumble and mildly injured his right hand, just four months after he almost lost a finger on his left hand.
Fallon was holding a bottle of Jaegermeister when he fell, according to People, and made a brief trip to Massachusetts General Hospital after.
Fallon was honored with the Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor in a celebration that ended with a parade through Harvard Square. He reportedly returned to the celebration later that night. Saturday’s injury is notably less severe than the one Fallon suffered in June, which forced NBC to scrap a taping of “The Tonight Show.” Fallon said he injured his hand then when he fell and his ring got caught on the edge of a table. His left hand remains bandaged.
He later posted this photo to Instagram to show he’s braving this one out.
