Leah Messer gives daughter a spanking? In a new clip for tonight’s episode of Teen Mom 2, the 23-year-old spanks her five-year-old daughter Aleeah Grace (known as Gracie) after the kindergartener throws a temper tantrum.
“I just feel stressed out now,” Leah tells her friend after Gracie and her twin sister, Ali, return from their father, Corey Simms’, house.
“I forgot today’s the first day they’ve been back. Maybe it’s the transition from his house to my house. Ali does good, it’s more Gracie.”
After Gracie acts out, Leah yells at her, “Gracie! Get that right now. I’m not playing. You’re going to pick that up! You’re not going to act like this in front of people. Do you understand? I’ve had enough. I don’t know why you’re acting like this!”
Leah Messer then takes her daughter into another room to get spanked.

Soo? A mother has the right to spank her child if the child is misbehaving and not listening. I don’t understand the fuss.
A good parent disciplines their kids. As a parent you decide how you will discipline your kids. Nobody else should make that decision for you. She will most likely get a bunch of death threats from the don’t spankers but I hope she’s grownup and strong enough to stand her ground with how she choses to raise her children.
I don’t see anything wrong with a spanking. Some people act as if a parent is abusive for any physical form of disciplne and I personally believe a spanking is fine but not beating with belts and so on. I Every parents form of discipline is different and people shouldn’t be so quick to condemn someone. Maybe if someone would have spanked Janelle she wouldn’t have become such a disrespectful adult because the way she speaks to her mother is outrageous!
