Lucy Liu has proclaimed she’s completely in love with her brand new baby son, who arrived this week via a surrogate.
The Elementary actress shared a photo of new newborn baby on Instagram alongside the caption: Introducing the new little man in my life, my son Rockwell Lloyd Liu. In ❤️!”
Liu, 46, said in 2013 that she wanted children, but said it “just hasn’t happened yet”. She is famously private about her personal life, but is known for working with children on behalf of UNICEF.
“I can confirm that Lucy Liu is the proud mother of Rockwell Lloyd Liu, brought into the world via gestational carrier,” her rep told The Insider With Yahoo. “Mom and baby are healthy and happy.”
Liu recently loaned her voice to the latest Studio Ghibli film, The Tale Of The Princess Kaguya, and will can currently be seen in US television series Elementary.
