Richmond Police detectives have arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with the homicide and assault of two juveniles on Thursday.
The suspect, who is not being identified because of his age, has been charged with murder and strangulation.
Officers were called to the 200 block of Brandon Road at approximately 6:30 p.m. Thursday for a report of an assault and found two juveniles under the age of 13 who had been assaulted.
