Mel Gibson : Actor back in court with ex Oksana Grigorieva

Mel Gibson is set to face off against his ex Oksana Grigorieva in court over visitation rights for their young daughter.

Following a bitter court battle, the pair were awarded joint custody of Lucia after their split.

But now it seems Mel Gibson and Oksana will be making a return to court over where their daughter will be spending the summer months.

According to TMZ, Mel is set to be filming a new movie in Australia and wants Lucia to accompany him Down Under.

However, Oksana is apparently unhappy with the prospect of her child spending the entire summer away from her.

So the former couple will be presenting their cases to a family law judge, who will then rule as to whether Mel can take his daughter with him.

The outlet also reports that the situation is the latest in a string of arguments the pair have had over their daughter.

“There are many conflicts,” a source told the publication.

While Mel and Oksana were previously awarded joint custody of Lucia, the actor has apparently had his custody increased over the years.

TMZ claim that Mel now has just over 50 percent custody of his daughter.

Mel Gibson and Oksana split back in 2010. At the time, Mel was charged with felony battery for hitting Oksana in the mouth, allegedly knocking out two of her veneers.

However, in May 2014, Mel Gibson appeared in front of a Los Angeles judge asking for his March 2011 no contest plea to be expunged following the completion of his three-year probation sentence.
