Singer Miley Cyrus landed in the hospital after a severe allergic reaction to medication. She has postponed the remainder of her April U.S. tour dates in order to recover, according to CNN.
A representative for Cyrus made the announcement Friday.
“All remaining U.S. dates on the Miley Cyrus Bangerz tour have been postponed,” read a statement posted on her official website on Friday. “Miley is continuing to recover from the severe allergic reaction she suffered on April 15. Existing tickets will be honored on the new dates, which include previously cancelled and postponed dates.
“Additionally, two tour dates have been added in Pittsburgh and Chicago. The European leg of the tour will proceed as planned,” the statement continued.
Late Friday night, the 21-year-old singer, who was hospitalized after suffering a reaction to the antibiotic cephalexin, posted a photo of herself wearing a duckface oxygen mask with the caption, “This hospitals full of a bunch of QUACKS (get it??? Quacks) #punnyeveninthehospy #stayinglightlovingandpositive #imissbangerztour #tryingtonotbebitter”

August 1 – Uniondale, New York – Nassau Coliseum
August 2 – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Wells Fargo Center
August 4 – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – Venue TBD
August 6 – Charlotte, North Carolina – Time Warner Cable Arena
August 7 – Nashville, Tennessee – Bridgestone Arena
August 9 – Louisville, Kentucky – KFC YUM! Center
August 10 – St. Louis, Missouri – Scottrade Center
August 12 – Kansas City, Missouri – Sprint Center
August 14 – Chicago, Illinois – United Center
