Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 developer EA Canada is working on the shooter’s second expansion, Trouble in Zombopolis: Part One, and the free add-on is set to deliver a bunch of new content this summer, the studio announced today.
At the centre of this free update is the new Zombopolis map, which is apparently the biggest zombie map ever built for the game, with dark, undiscovered sewers to explore beneath the Brain Street Strip. New heroes Toxic Citron and Breakfast Brainz round out the content on offer.
Zombopolis will be playable in Herbal Assault mode, with an all-new mini boss battle to enjoy. The update also introduces character balancing and gameplay improvements and a Boat Blast shooting gallery in the Backyard Battlground with leaderboards.
Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2’s free Trouble in Zombopolis: Part One is coming soon.
