Brad Knudson, from Prior Lake, Minnesota, recorded the messages his adopted African-American daughter received via snapchat and played them as part of a YouTube video.
Thousands of people have viewed the video “Racism and bullying in Prior Lake Minnesota”, posted by Bradley Knudson.
“I love my daughter and I don’t want her to end up committing suicide because of frickin’ morons,” Knudson says in the video.
KARE 11 reports Knudson’s adopted daughter, who is multiracial, received Snapchat videos from some high school students. Knudson recorded one of the Snapchats that shows his daughter being called the “n-word” and other offensive terms.
KARE 11 reports Prior Lake schools have reached out to both families, and they are investigating.
As of Thursday morning, Knudson’s video had more than 250,000 views on YouTube.
