A Ride the Ducks tour vehicle and a charter bus collided on a bridge in Seattle today, killing at least four people and critically injuring another nine, according to the Seattle Fire Department.
The incident happened shortly after 11 a.m. PT Thursday when a Ride the Ducks sightseeing vehicle collided with a charter bus on a bridge.
Lt. Sue Sangl of the Seattle Fire Department told KIRO-TV that a majority of the injuries were from the charter bus and that the two fatalities were likely from the charter bus also.
About 50 others suffered injuries, although not as severe.
Ride the Ducks is known for its entertaining tours in cities around the country and for the famous quacking noisemakers its guests receive. KOMO-TV reported the charter bus involved in the incident was carrying at least 45 students from North Seattle College.
A representative for Ride the Ducks did not immediately respond to a request for comment from TheBlaze. The company told the Associated Press that it did not have an immediate comment.
