On “Wheel of Fortune” Tuesday night, one contestant solved a puzzle with just one letter.
Faced with two words, one 11 letters long, the other five, the contestant, known as Rufus, chose the letter T, hoping to fill in some of the puzzle’s blanks.
But after it accounted for just one letter in the two words, incredibly he was able to correctly guess the entire answer.
His only other clue was that the two words were an ‘event’.
“Championship match?” Rufus asks quiz show host Pat Sajak.
“Yeah, that’s right” the host replies, clearly flabbergasted that the guess was correct.
As the audience erupts into cheers, Pat rushes over to Rufus and shakes his hand vigorously.
“That was really something!” he said.
