It was weekend for winning for Powerball players, with a ticket worth $90 million sold in Colorado, a ticket worth $2 million sold in Maryland and tickets worth $1 million sold in five states.
The $90 million winner was sold at a convenience store in Rifle, Colo. It is the largest Powerball jackpot ever won in Colorado, according to TheDenverChannel.com.
The winning numbers are 03-12-31-34-51, Powerball, 24, Powerplay 2x.
The winner has not yet come forward to claim their prize, Powerball said in a statement. The Kum & Go store will also receive a $50,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.
Another $1 million Powerball winning ticket was sold at the K&G Conoco store at 4175 W. 120th Avenue in Broomfield. That winner has also not yet claimed their prize.
Colorado previously has had one Powerball jackpot winner. The group SEEP Financial won the $20 million prize in October of 2007. At that time, the starting jackpot for Powerball was $15 million.
