Zac Brown: Country musician sues by disabled fan for concert injury

Zac Brown incited an unruly Boston crowd at a Fenway Park concert and security failed to protect a blind woman from the mob … so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Karen Perry claims she was seated in the disabled section at the Zac Brown Band’s Fenway Park concert in Boston, Massachusetts, in August last year, when the singer left the stage and walked towards fans.

According to the suit, this caused a crowd of people to flood the disabled section, pushing her against a metal gate between the section and the stage. When a security person lifted a metal gate in the section while attempting to control the crowd, the suit claims, the gate caught Perry under her armpit.

According to the suit, Perry suffered neurological, muscular and orthopedic injuries.
