Jessica biel : Actress Has Something to Say to the Internet “Calm Down”

Jessica Biel caused quite a stir when she didn’t accompany her husband Justin Timberlake to the American Music Awards on Sunday night.

The internet went into overdrive with speculations about their marriage fuelled by her absence, but the stunning brunette was quick to set the record straight, posting a message on Twitter.

The cool thing? While other celebrity couples stay tight-lipped on their affairs, offering up the old “I don’t talk about my relationship” excuse, Jessica decided to take to Twitter to set the record straight: “I’m watching from home tonight. Calm down, Internet.”

Hilarious, right? We’re guessing she wishes she did go though – Justin picked up a well-earned three awards including taking out the coveted “Favourite Pop/Rock Singer” category. Plus, he performed ‘Drink You Away’ to an adoring crowd. Yep, she totally missed out.

While Jess may have quashed any doubts about trouble in their marriage, we’d still like to know why exactly she didn’t attend. Especially seeing as Justin went home straight after his performance and tweeted: “I’m currently at home taking the trash out #LikeAKing.”

(Mr Timberlake takes out his own trash? We’re impressed.)

In March this year, a source revealed to the National Enquirer that Jessica was accusing Justin of “putting his career first” and that she was fed up with his workaholic ways, so maybe her avoidance of the award ceremony was an act of rebellion?

Either way, we think it should be a blanket rule that all celebrities respond to rumours about their relationships via Twitter…
