Kelly Rowland Reveals How She Dropped 70 Pounds, Just four Months After Baby

Kelly Rowland lost 70 pounds in the four months following son Titan’s birth.

The former Destiny Child singer says her “secret” to looking like a bombshell after baby is working out with Hollywood trainer Jeanette Jenkins and taking fitness classes at SoulCycle, which also counts Jake Gyllenhaal and Bradley Cooper as fans.

“When I go in there and it’s the wee hours of the morning, [instructor Angela Davis] is a great secret, so motivational and Jeanette comes in with so much energy and this huge smile on her face and you can’t help but to get excited about working out,” Rowland recently told “Extra!”

As for eating, the former Destiny’s Child member follows “the eighty, twenty rule.” “Eighty percent of the time you eat those foods giving you nourishment, you’re eating clean, and twenty percent of the time, have guacamole, a ton of it like I do, and a margarita and maybe queso, too.”
