Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick met up for a lunch date at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Scott arrived in his silver Mercedes, while Kourtney followed in her black SUV with their three children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 7 months.

Later, Scott, 32, was seen lifting his daughter Penelope from Kourtney’s SUV and carrying her into his house.

His eldest son Mason was also spotted standing close to his dad as he enjoyed being back in his company.

It is thought that Scott hasn’t seen his children for almost a month – only reuniting with them this week – a privilege he received after Kourtney demanded his bodyguard acted as his chaperone.

While the children spent time with thier dad it was unclear whether or not Kourtney, 36, joined them or just dropped them off.

However, Mason, Penelope and Reign were all back with their mother come the evening.

Taking to Instagram, Kim Kardashian’s sister shared her bed -time plans with her followers.

“Goodnight,” she wrote alongside a picture of three childrens books – “The Princess and the Pea, The Little Mermaid and Bunny My Honey.

According to TMZ, Kourtney has recently been spotted attending an office block in Los Angles, where top divorce attorney, Laura Wasser is situated.

Although Kourtney and Scott never wed, a US Weekly souce said Kourtney is thought to be “going full steam ahead with figuring out a [custody agreement].”

The source also revealed that they didn’t believe Scott would challenge Kourtney if she attempted full custody of the kids.
