Linzie Janis and “Good Morning America” senior broadcast producer John Ferracane are married, People confirmed.
“I’m so lucky that within weeks of walking into a new job at GMA… I found the woman of my dreams right in the office,” John, 34, told the magazine.
The couple’s poolside nuptials — which took place at the Round Hill Resort and Villas in Montego Bay, Jamaica — only included 11 guests. John and Linzie, 26, also broke tradition by skipping a first dance and foregoing a wedding party at their “I Dos.”
“We had the most wonderful wedding. An absolute dream come true. There was an almighty thunder storm, and we had to move the ceremony into the villa we rented, but it was beautiful and we got a rainbow just in time for the photos,” the bride told People of her big day.
Linzie and John first announced their engagement in June 2014 on Twitter. “Engaged to @LinzieJanis!!!! what a lucky man I am!!!!” John captioned a photo of his fiancée’s ring after he proposed.
